At The Swedish Massage Shop, appointments are reserved with care and prepared intentionally. To maintain fairness and consistency, the following policy applies to both clients and therapist.
Client Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full appointment fee still applying.
Cancellations by us
In the event that The Swedish Massage Shop needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment on the same day, the client will be offered a full refund or priority rebooking at their convenience.
Where appropriate, a complimentary extension or added value may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.
